Beech & Walnut was born in a year when artists had more time to paint, craftsmen had more time to craft, and many creative ideas had the space to come to fruition.
We are a small family business, with each member of the family playing their own part in bringing the finest handcrafted serving and chopping boards to your table.

Mick: Master craftsman, husband and 'dad'
A trojan worker, an eye for design, and can turn his hand to anything we show him.
Debbie: Debbie, the Mam, the woman behind the craftsman
Loves craft of every type and by far the most active member of the family Whatsapp group!
Mikey: All things tech and business
Mikey is the London based marketeer and does this in his down time
Sophie: Full time new mammy to baby Tom, and all things admin, design and packaging, fussy cow/quality control to Beech & Walnut

Using locally sourced and sustainable hardwoods, Mick crafts each piece with much care and attention. Each board is then oiled and cured, wrapped, packaged and sent on it’s way to a new home – to be loved for a lifetime.
